This page explains how long Dynamite Docs keeps your documents, extractions, and account data, how deletion works, and how you can request deletion of your data. The private document AI guide places retention beside storage and model-routing choices for sensitive workflows.
Your documents and extractions
You can delete a document, folder, or extraction at any time and it is removed from storage immediately. Files stored on Try free for 28 Days live in your browser only, while Hobby, Pro, and Ultra use their cloud object-storage allowance. Deleting frees that space right away.
Anonymous processing
If you process documents without signing in, your data is reachable only with a private anonymous token and is swept automatically after 7 days. This keeps transient processing data from lingering.
Requesting deletion
On request, we delete your data within 30 days, except where law requires us to retain it. You can request deletion of your documents and account at any time by emailing info@dynamitedocs.com.
Account data
Account and billing records are retained while your account is active and are removed when you delete your account or request deletion, subject to legal and tax retention requirements. Provider (BYOK) keys are deleted when you remove them or close your account.
